Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Speech and Language Therapist to begin their career within a supportive, multi-disciplinary school environment. You will assess and deliver therapy to a diverse caseload of students aged 8-18 with speech, language and communication needs, working both independently and collaboratively with teaching staff to support access to learning. The position includes structured supervision, mentoring, and professional development to help you build confidence and clinical skills while working towards professional competencies.
