Recruitment Administrator – Swan Valley, Northampton

Up to £30,000 pro rata (based 40 hours)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 30 to 40 hours per week, between 9:00am and 5:30pm (Working hours are negotiable)

Previous recruitment experience isn't essential. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collating, checking and maintaining candidate registration packs and compliance documentation




• Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner




• Maintaining accurate candidate records, spreadsheets and CRM systems




• Supporting the recruitment team with day-to-day administration




• Managing multiple priorities whilst working to deadlines in a busy environment

Skills Required:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills




• Ability to problem-solve




• Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
