South West Heating Services Ltd are currently recruiting experienced domestic breakdown and service engineers to work in private homes in the Devon & Cornwall Area. Opportunity to go on our flexitime contract with a 4 day working week, with a 4 day weekend every 5th week.
The role will require the engineer to be confident in diagnosing faults on all types of domestic gas heating boilers and hot water systems. The engineer will also need to have a good understanding of servicing procedures and be able to carry out gas safety checks.
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills.
- Motivation and ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Experience using a multimeter.
- Experience in all areas of Gas Safety, System and Boiler Diagnostics including repair.
Applicants must hold a current ACS accreditation in CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1. Applicants may be considered if they hold CCN1 and CENWAT1 only. The successful candidate will also be required to be part of an On-Call Rota. Full UK Driving licence also required.
