Our client is looking for a strategic and analytical Head of Procurement Strategy to lead the development and implementation of advanced procurement practices. This role operates on a hybrid model, offering a blend of remote flexibility and collaborative office-based work. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cost savings, mitigating supply chain risks, and fostering strong supplier relationships across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead market analysis and category management initiatives to identify sourcing opportunities and optimize spending.
- Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the procurement function, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.

- Develop and implement robust risk management strategies for the supply chain, identifying potential disruptions and mitigating their impact.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CIPS certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies.
- Strong understanding of various procurement methodologies, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
