The Dog Ranch in Perthshire is launching a brand-new independent small-animal veterinary practice. We are seeking an exceptional Veterinary Practice Manager to lead the build and early setup, joining months before opening on a full-time salary.
You will design operations, select software, develop SOPs and admin processes, source equipment, recruit the team, and shape pricing and client journeys. After opening, you’ll run day-to-day operations alongside owners, helping the business grow.
