As our Wedding & Event Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering a _seamless and effective sales journey_—from the first enquiry to the moment the contract is signed. You’ll be responsible for *converting leads* into bookings, conducting bespoke *show rounds*, and ensuring each couple or client experiences *exceptional service *that reflects Morden Hall.
This is a _target-driven role,_ requiring a ‘can do’ mindset and the ability to balance strong commercial acumen with outstanding customer service.
This opportunity would suit best, a candidate _with sales experience_ looking for a venue to refine their experience and relish autonomy of the sales process.
Responsibilities
* Conduct tailored, high-end show rounds for prospective wedding couples and event clients.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a seamless, high-quality client journey.
* Identify new sales opportunities and support business development initiatives.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximise revenue.
* Respond to enquiries proactively and professionally via email and phone.
* Provide detailed, accurate quotes and contractual terms.
* Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity, feeding insights back to the team.
* Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Morden Hall.

Located just 30 minutes from Zone 1, Morden Hall benefits from both great transport connections and the picturesque, 125 acres of National Trust parkland it locates itself within.
Facilities include multiple function rooms to host weddings, private and corporate events, an on-site bar and \\*COMING SOON\\* on-site accommodation.
