£52,478.40 - £57,435.95

Moray Council is keen to grow its inhouse Legal Team. We are delighted to invite applications to join our very busy and friendly Team, currently looking to recruit a Solicitor for our Commercial Property Team.

Across our three practice Teams, the inhouse Team covers the full range of Local Government legal work including commercial property, employment, governance, regulatory and committee work, housing, education, general litigation, licensing, planning, economic regeneration and growth, health and all including casework and policy work. You will have a wide variety of work and a high level of responsibility from day 1. We are small teams so never a dull day! It’s rewarding, it’s learning, it’s continually developing valuable skills and experience.

This post is in our Commercial Property Team. This team covers a wide range of work providing advice and guidance to services across the Council and as a member of the team you would be involved in all property related work including council projects, disposals, acquisitions, commercial leasing, community asset transfers, public trusts and common good, community care finance and rights of way and access issues.
