Job Description To carry out the duties of a Joiner and to contribute to the provision of an efficient and effective service within the Building Services Department (DLO).
Responsibilities To undertake craft duties as directed by the Maintenance Repairs/Voids/Contracts Supervisor.
To provide out of hours cover when required.
To undertake training as required.
To comply with all Health and Safety and security procedures and guidelines.
To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably expected from time to time.
