To provide a safe and high quality service throughout the facility whilst maintaining good operational procedures and relationships between the service and members of the public. This service provided will be in the form of an exercise / physical activity class specific to qualification(s) held.
Responsibilities
Preparing / checking the exercise area and equipment ready for use.
Taking fitness classes at specified times.
Setting up and dismantling equipment as required specific to the class being taken.
Reporting any equipment faults.
Monitoring, reporting on cleaning / maintenance requirements.
Ensuring that Health and Safety standards are complied with in accordance with the facility operational procedures.
The Individual
Recognised Fitness / Leisure industry qualification with appropriate qualifications
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Numerate
Ability to follow routines / instructions
Capable of working unsupervised
Smart appearance
Pleasant manner
Good customer care / people skills
Diplomacy
Trustworthy
Hourly Rate: £13.26 per hour
