To lead and deliver projects that use digital, data and technology to improve design and delivery of health and social care services in Moray. The postholder will play a key role in supporting HSCM's transformation priorities by identifying opportunities for service redesign, streamlining processes, improving outcomes for people and enabling a sustainable, integrated system through the use of technology.
To work collaboratively with colleagues across health, social care, third sector and community partners to co‑design and implement new models of care, ensuring that technology solutions are practical, person‑centred and add value to people using them.

The Individual
- Proven experience in managing service redesign or digital transformation projects within health, social care, or public sector settings.
- Strong understanding of project management and change management methodologies.
- Knowledge of digital transformation principles, including user‑centred design, process improvement and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Degree‑level qualification or equivalent experience in project management, service improvement or related field.
- Experience of managing performance and setting targets.
- Experience of managing budgets.
- Experience of working with different groups of people.
- Proven track record of managing and motivating staff.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and evidence to inform decisions.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- Prioritise tasks and co‑operate with colleagues.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
- A friendly and approachable manner.

You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Moray to meet the operational requirements of the Service. Due to the rural nature of Moray this is normally undertaken by use of a car.
