Responsibilities:
- As key holder of the Pavilions, you will be responsible for all aspects of security.
- Responsible for the cleaning of all internal and external areas, ensuring the buildings and external environs are kept in a neat and tidy condition, with a specific responsibility for maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
The Individual:
- Experience of cleaning and handyperson / basic maintenance duties.
- Ability to organise and manage own workload.
- Aptitude for tidiness.
- Ability to prioritise tasks / actions.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow routines.
- Capable of working unsupervised.
- Active listening and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with members of the public and staff.
- Ability to lift and carry reasonable weight, move equipment in conjunction with moving and handling regulations.
- Ability to bend and stretch for wet and dry cleaning.
- Flexibility to meet the needs and demands of the service.
