To support Fleet Services team in delivering effective and compliant fleet operations by providing administrative and operational assistance. The role will involve working with fleet management systems maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation, as well as supporting the management of stores inventory and stock control systems.
Responsibilities
- Undertake Fleet Management technical administration tasks.
- Fleet Services Workshop & Stores administration technical support.
- Maintain Central Stores stock and immediate use purchasing systems.
- Undertake training & attend training courses as required.
- Comply with Health and Safety at Work legislation, Council policies and procurement policies.
The Individual
- Demonstration of an interest in administration, customer service or business operations.
- National 5 qualifications or equivalent, including English and Maths.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Good communication and literacy skills.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude and flexible approach to tasks.
- Good organisational skills.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
