The Individual
- Experience of working in a busy office environment using relevant technology and equipment e.g. photocopier, e-mail, intra/internet.
- Clerical/administration/typing experience
- Experience of utilising a range of computer packages including Microsoft Office
- 4 SQA standard grades or equivalent at level 3 or above, preferably including English
- Flexible approach to work and an ability to work under pressure
- Ability to record information accurately
- Self motivated
- Strong customer care skills and focus
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Confident, efficient and reliable
- Understanding of key interpersonal skills
- Willingness and ability to tackle issues sensitively, discretely and in confidence
- Effective organisational skills/time management with the ability to respond to conflicting and competing priorities

Salary: £26,898 (pro rata)
Hourly Rate: £14.27
Hours Per Week: 14.5 hours
Working Hours/Days: Thursday and Friday 8.45am to 5pm
