The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.

To provide an employment administration service and the first level HR Advice line. Also to provide clerical support for the teams in Human Resources Section.

The Individual

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment using relevant technology and equipment e.g. photocopier, e-mail, intra/internet.
  • Clerical/administration/typing experience
  • Experience of utilising a range of computer packages including Microsoft Office
  • 4 SQA standard grades or equivalent at level 3 or above, preferably including English
  • Flexible approach to work and an ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to record information accurately
  • Self motivated
  • Strong customer care skills and focus
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Confident, efficient and reliable
  • Understanding of key interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and ability to tackle issues sensitively, discretely and in confidence
  • Effective organisational skills/time management with the ability to respond to conflicting and competing priorities

Salary: £26,898 (pro rata)

Hourly Rate: £14.27

Hours Per Week: 14.5 hours

Working Hours/Days: Thursday and Friday 8.45am to 5pm
