To support the delivery of Moray Council’s Care at Home Service by updating and maintaining the scheduling and monitoring tool to deploy front line staff in the most efficient and effective manner and provide a point of contact for Individuals and staff in a customer focused, fast moving and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule the delivery of care packages to Individuals.
- Provide an administrative function to support the scheduling and monitoring system.
- Participate in team meetings and Council initiatives.
- Health and Safety.
The Individual Experience:
- Experience of working with both older people and those with physical and mental health disabilities and groups, in a community setting.
- Awareness of the social, emotional and physical needs of people.
- IT literate in Word, Excel, email and Microsoft packages.
- Experience of working with different IT systems.
- 4 SQA Standard grades or equivalent at level 3 or above including English.
