Job Description
To administer the various transactional processes employed by the processing team including:
\\n- \\n
- sourcing of supplies to fulfil departmental orders \\n
- raising purchase orders with suppliers \\n
- delivering excellent customer service \\n
- prompt and efficient handling of order queries through to order fulfilment \\n
Process council purchases
\\nCollate requisitions, source supply and process orders through the Purchase Management System (PMS)
\\nMonitor the transactions being requested and processed
\\nAssist the procurement team with the development of system catalogues
\\nLiaise with processing team to ensure prompt settlement of invoices
\\nOrder query resolution
\\nThe IndividualAdministration roles/finance administration
\\nExperience making purchases on behalf of an organisation
\\nFinance/administration HND/HNC qualifications
\\nProcedural skills
\\nOrganisation and time management skills
\\nMicrosoft office skills – Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access
\\nStrong customer care skills and focus
\\nInitiative and accuracy when working to tight deadlines
\\nTeam work skills and flexibility to meet operational demands
\\nExcellent communication skills – both written and verbal
\\nWillingness to accept direction/delegation
\\nA flexible approach to new working practices and technology
\\n\\nTemporary post for 1 year

\\nStarting Salary: £25,692.55 (pro rata)
\\nHours per week: 21.75
\\n£13.63 per hour
