Overview
The Business Enterprise hub, led by UHI Moray, is a new and exciting, transformational Moray Growth Deal project, that will see the college develop a University of the Highlands and Islands centre of excellence for Business Enterprise and Innovation. As the project moves forward, we are now looking to grow our teaching base to support this transformative development.
Responsibilities
- Build and contribute to a dynamic Supply Lecturer Bank to support flexible, high-quality teaching across our programmes and to enable us to respond to opportunities when they arise.
- Develop and deliver a wide range of modules and at different levels, including on our CPD portfolio, with relevant industry experience.
- Deliver modules face to face on campus and virtually using the Virtual Learning Environment; must have excellent computer-mediated communication skills.
- Adopt a student-centred and enthusiastic approach, with a commitment to excellence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Hold a relevant qualification at SCQF Level 10 or above in a relevant subject.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to teach a range of practical and theoretical sessions.
- Experience of teaching or training including online delivery; possession of a teaching qualification would be an advantage but is not essential for the post.
