UHI Moray are looking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced individual to provide high‑quality clerical support in a busy and fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in a varied portfolio of duties, primarily focused on the administration associated with supporting the DYW department.
Qualifications:
- Educated to National 5 level.
- Recent, relevant experience working in an office environment.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Knowledge and experience of database software and Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Terms and Conditions:
- Appointments are subject to appropriate PVG Membership.
- Job: 20 hours per week (0.571 FTE).
- Fixed Term until 31st March 2027.
- Closing date: 9am on Friday 10th April 2026.
