What you’ll do
- Build calculation engines whose every number can be traced to its inputs
- Generate regulatory filings in the formats regulators require
- Write tests that prove results match the rules
- Own your workstreams end to end with light guidance, and raise risks early
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of experience in backend development with careful numerical work
- Interest in accounting or banking regulation
- A record of delivering work on your own, to deadlines, in a team setting
Nice to have
- Knowledge of CECL, IFRS 9 or FFIEC call reports
Location and working arrangement
This role is hybrid, based in our London office. You’ll need to be able to work from London on a regular basis, and your team agrees its own rhythm for being together.
The application asks whether you are authorized to work in the United Kingdom or will need visa sponsorship. Sponsorship depends on the role and the country; your recruiter will be clear about what is possible before you invest time in interviews.
Compensation
£90,000 – £100,000 per year
Where you land in the range depends on your experience and skills, not on how well you negotiate. Any offer we make is within this range.
