Leading the estimating function across mixed-use residential refurbishment schemes for an established main contractor.
Key responsibilities will include: Taking ownership of the commercial or operational delivery associated with the role.
Working closely with project teams, clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
Monitoring programme, cost, quality and contractual performance where applicable.
Managing key project information, reporting and stakeholder communication.
