Commercially managing multiple brickwork packages for a leading specialist contractor working with major main contractors.
Values of projects range from 250k - 5m for Tier 1 Taking ownership of the commercial or operational delivery associated with the role.
Working closely with project teams, clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
Monitoring programme, cost, quality and contractual performance where applicable.
