We are working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor specialising in the delivery of large‑scale mixed‑use residential and high‑rise developments across the UK. Project values typically range from £10m to £50m, delivered to the highest standards for both private and public sector clients.

This is a senior, commercially focused position responsible for managing multiple live projects across the country. You will work closely with operational teams, clients, consultants and senior leadership to ensure successful contractual delivery, compliance and commercial performance. The role is hybrid, with national travel required from the North West through to the South of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple high‑value residential and mixed‑use projects simultaneously (£10m‑£50m)
  • Take ownership of contract administration and commercial performance across sites
  • Liaise closely with operational management, site teams and senior leadership
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, architects, consultants and stakeholders
  • Ensure contractual compliance, risk management and governance across all projects
  • Support project teams with variations, claims, negotiations and dispute resolution
  • Assist with pre‑construction, tender reviews and project mobilisation where required
  • Provide accurate commercial reporting and insight at a national level
About You
  • Proven experience working for a Tier 1 or main contractor
  • Strong background in residential high‑rise / mixed‑use developments
  • Demonstrated history of managing multiple sites/projects concurrently
  • Confident liaising with operational management, clients, architects and consultants
  • Commercially astute with a strong understanding of construction contracts
  • Highly organised, self‑motivated and comfortable operating at a national level
  • Willing and able to travel regularly across England
