We are seeking an experienced Jira Implementation Lead for a short-term engagement to establish Jira as the system of choice for ITIL implementation. The initial design and concept are already in place; this role will lead the client-side delivery and rollout, working closely with stakeholders and a delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Jira aligned to ITIL practices
- Oversee technical implementation, setup, and configuration
- Configure workflows to align with agreed operating models and processes
- Lead business change and embedding, ensuring adoption across teams
- Act as the client-side lead, coordinating delivery and outcomes
Required Skills & Experience
- SC Clearance
- Proven experience leading Jira implementations end to end
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management tooling
- Hands-on experience with Jira configuration, workflows, and governance
