We are seeking an experienced iManage Trainer to deliver high-quality training and support for iManage Work and related applications. The role requires fluency in German and English and involves working with legal and professional services users across the UK and German-speaking regions. You’ll play a key role in driving user adoption, best practice, and effective use of iManage systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions on iManage Work and related tools
- Provide training in German and English, tailored to different user groups and skill levels
- Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, quick reference documents, and e-learning content
- Support onboarding of new users and rollout of new features or upgrades
- Work closely with IT, Knowledge Management, and Business Services teams to align training with business needs
- Offer floor-walking, drop-in sessions, and one-to-one coaching as required
- Gather user feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery
- Act as a subject matter expert on iManage best practices and workflows
