Our team is currently seeking a qualified Sales Operations Lead to join our business. The Sales Operations Lead serves as the strategic backbone of the sales organisation, driving operational excellence, forecasting accuracy, scalable processes, and data-driven decision-making. This role partners closely with sales leadership to optimise performance, enhance revenue operations, and ensure the sales team is equipped with the right tools, insights, and processes to win.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM Workflows end – to – end (Order entry, approvals, billing delivery handoff).
- Maintain clean CRM data (e.g. Salesforce), validate deals, ensure audit-ready documentation.
- Build and automate reporting dashboards for pipeline health, bookings, renewals and KPIs.
- Collaborate across Sales, Finance, Delivery, RevOps, and Customer Success to remove blockers.
- Standardise and improve processes, recommend and automate to reduce cycle time and errors.
- Validate pricing, approvals, contract metadata and renewal dates before closing.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Sales Operations or similar roles.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing pipelines, forecasting, and data integrity. (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented, continuous improvement mindset, strong communication skills.
- Understanding of pricing structures, approval workflows, and revenue recognition rules.
