Account Executive – Legal Sales
Full-time Hours
Morae Global seeks to find the best and the brightest people – those who understand what it takes to deliver top quality solutions for our clients.
We are currently seeking an Account Director to focus on managing existing client
relationships within top tier law corporations and win new corporate logos across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
Develop a full understanding of the Company’s strategic initiatives, products, and
solutions.
Increase revenue through building relationships, assessing client needs & identifying
upsell and cross sell opportunities.
Win new business logos in the corporate sector through direct & indirect outreach.
Identify decision makers, client needs, and appropriate solutions for the clients.
Conduct regular customer meetings, demonstrations, and workshops to develop and
maintain a robust professional network.
Update all sales activities and client information within the CRM.
Meet and exceed sales target/goals.
Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of client satisfaction.
Monitor clients, market and competitor activity and provide feedback
Candidates will ideally have:
Account Management experience gained in professional services preferably in the legal industry.
Demonstrated the ability to exceed sales targets
A track record of working in team-based environment that requires collaboration to be successful
A social media presence/network
An ability to understand & communicate new & complex solution offerings to peers, customers & prospects
Document Management, Contract Management or Enterprise Workflow software experience
Understanding of the benefits of Generative AI within the legal industry
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close opportunities rapidly
The ability to work in a fast-pace, time-sensitive environment
