The successful candidate will become part of a small, highly professional executive support team responsible for ensuring the seamless management of two exceptionally busy principals whose interests span private equity, business ventures and complex personal affairs.

The environment is highly structured, discreet and professional, combining the pace and expectations of a leading corporate office with the confidentiality and service standards of an elite private household. This is a demanding role suited to an experienced career Executive Assistant who thrives under pressure, enjoys complexity and takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional administrative support.

About the Role

Working alongside the existing Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant, the successful candidate will provide predominantly executive support while assisting with selected personal matters as required. The role is approximately:

  • 90% Executive Assistant
  • 10% Personal Assistant

Although the principals maintain significant private interests, the role itself is primarily corporate in nature, with much of the day focused on managing complex business commitments, correspondence, scheduling and coordination. The successful candidate will quickly become a trusted member of a close-knit support team, helping create greater resilience and flexibility within the office while maintaining exceptionally high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Complex and ever-changing diary management for multiple principals
  • Coordinating meetings across numerous international time zones
  • Managing conflicting priorities with sound judgement and attention to detail
  • Preparing daily schedules, briefing packs and meeting documentation
  • Monitoring and prioritising high volumes of correspondence
  • Drafting professional emails, letters and business communications
  • Managing confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Coordinating meetings with senior business leaders, advisers and private contacts
  • Maintaining accurate records, files and corporate documentation
  • Producing reports, presentations and supporting documentation using Microsoft Office
  • Liaising with legal advisers, investment professionals and external stakeholders where appropriate
  • Anticipating upcoming commitments and ensuring the principals are fully prepared

Personal Support

  • Assisting with selected personal administration
  • Coordinating appointments and lifestyle logistics
  • Supporting travel planning where required
  • Managing confidential personal matters with complete discretion
  • Liaising with trusted service providers and household staff

Working Environment

The private office is located within the principals' Mayfair residence alongside a fully staffed formal household. The household includes experienced butlers, food and beverage staff and household management teams, all operating within clearly defined professional structures. Although the office is based inside the residence, there are firm boundaries between household staff and the principals. Professionalism, discretion and respect for established protocols are essential at all times. This is a traditional private office environment that values discipline, consistency and exceptional attention to detail.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant with extensive experience supporting ultra-demanding senior executives, entrepreneurs or ultra-high-net-worth principals. Candidates should possess at least 10 years of relevant Executive Assistant experience and demonstrate a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Experience within private offices, family offices or supporting UHNW individuals would be highly advantageous, although exceptional corporate Executive Assistants with the appropriate level of sophistication will also be considered.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years’ Executive Assistant experience
  • Extensive experience supporting CEOs, founders, principals or senior executives

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong judgement and problem-solving ability

  • Emotionally intelligent
  • Adaptable
  • Resilient
  • Comfortable working within a highly structured environment
  • Able to anticipate needs before they arise

The principals have exceptionally high standards and value professionalism above all else. They are looking for someone who enjoys working hard, takes pride in precision and understands the importance of consistency. This is not a role suited to someone looking for significant flexibility or a relaxed working environment.

Working Hours

The office generally operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours. However, flexibility is expected in line with the demands of supporting exceptionally busy principals, and occasional work outside normal office hours will be required.

Salary & Benefits

£90,000 - £120,000+ depending on experience

  • Exceptional long-term opportunity
  • Work within a prestigious and highly respected private office
  • Join an established and collaborative executive support team
  • Exposure to an international business and investment environment
