We’re working with a seed-stage social listening platform that’s already at £3.5M ARR, grown entirely through founder-led sales. Now they’re ready to scale — and they’re hiring their first Growth Marketing Manager to build a repeatable top-of-funnel demand engine. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You’ll be building demand gen from the ground up, not inheriting a playbook.

The Role

  • You’ll own and scale top-of-funnel growth across key verticals:
  • Build and execute demand generation strategies (paid, organic, partnerships, experiments)
  • Design and run growth experiments to drive pipeline
  • Work closely with founders, sales, and product to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Set up the foundations for a scalable GTM motion
  • Track, analyse, and iterate based on performance data

About You

  • Experience in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation
  • Comfortable working in a startup / early-stage environment
  • Scrappy, experimental, and execution-focused
  • Strong understanding of top-of-funnel metrics and channels
