We’re hiring a hands-on Sales Manager for a high-growth Agentic Commerce business transforming how Retail & CPG brands operate at scale. This is a true player-coach role — leading from the front while building and scaling a top-tier team.
The role
- You’ll lead a team of 5 (scaling to 10), owning enterprise deals while coaching reps to consistent overperformance.
- Reporting directly to the VP Sales EMEA, you’ll be instrumental in both closing revenue and building the engine.
What you’ll be doing
- Personally driving enterprise SaaS deals into Retail & CPG.
- Coaching, developing, and scaling a high-performing sales team.
- Leading by example — in the trenches on key deals.
- Hiring and onboarding top talent as the team grows.
