The Opportunity
The SSHE Administrator is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental (SSHE) systems within Moove. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices while promoting a strong safety culture across all manufacturing and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver site SSHE inductions for new starters.
- Maintain and manage SSHE incident and risk assessment databases.
- Collate and report monthly SSHE, security, utility and waste data, including Moove Europe cross-site metrics.
- Coordinate SSHE toolbox talks, First Aid meetings, driver training and e-learning programs.
- Conduct daily checks of site safety equipment, including defibrillators and other key safety assets.
- Manage security ID card creation and deactivation processes.
- Support the company sustainability agenda and environmental initiatives.
- Carry out regular site SSHE walks and promote positive SSHE behaviours across site.
About You
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in a SSHE, HSE or compliance-related administrative role
- Strong desire to develop expertise
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Good level of proficiency using all MS Office applications
- Able to collate and present accurate data
- Effective communication skills with all stakeholder levels
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A formal Health, Safety or Environmental qualification (desirable)
