As an Operations Administrator Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced colleagues who will support you as you develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a business environment. You'll gain exposure to a variety of operational activities, helping to keep our fleet, infrastructure and fuel services running efficiently.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop professional skills, gain a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administrator qualification, and kick-start your career with a well-established business.
What You’ll Learn

- Working with suppliers and contractors
- Processing purchase orders and invoices
- Record keeping and compliance administration
- Health & Safety processes and documentation

- Using business systems and Microsoft Office applications
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Operations team with day‑to‑day administration
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining records
- Assisting with fleet compliance and maintenance administration
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Communicating with customers, suppliers and contractors
- Updating business documents and procedures
- Supporting operational projects and improvement initiatives
- Helping maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
What We’re Looking For

- Keen to learn and develop new skills
- Organised and able to manage their time effectively
- Friendly and professional when communicating with others
- Comfortable using computers and technology
- Reliable, positive and willing to take initiative
- Able to work as part of a team
Qualifications
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) are desirable.
- No previous experience is required – full training and support will be provided.
