Hours: Standard 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30 (some flexibility/weekend work is expected based on business needs).

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Marketing Executive with a strong understanding of the Polish market to support the delivery of our marketing strategy and activities across Poland. You will support the delivery of marketing activities, campaigns and brands, while working closely with our Sales, Technical and Operations teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the Polish market, is passionate about marketing and enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment. You will support customer and sales-related marketing activity, contribute to campaigns and events, develop marketing content and provide valuable market insight to help shape our approach in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and assist the business by supporting the sales team and their customers. This will include contributing to the annual marketing and branding strategy, supporting customer activities, sales channels, and helping to define goals and measures of success.
  • Help to develop digital and physical marketing content, campaigns, and programs, including brochures, email newsletters, website content updates, SEO optimization, Canva, HubSpot, InDesign, and high level understanding of Meta Ads.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to select, plan, and execute events, fairs, trade shows, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Department and Operations to ensure sales support materials (brochures, website, CRM product data) are up to date and accurately reflect the product offering.
  • Assist with the dissemination of market research and insights by collecting and analysing data to support the sales strategy and presenting findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and update the website CMS, ensuring accurate product listings, customer data, and campaign tracking.
  • Support social media and digital marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback from surveys and engagement initiatives to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Work closely with external agencies and suppliers to ensure consistent branding and execution of marketing campaigns.

About You

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Polish language capabilities
  • Polish market knowledge
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • IT Literacy - MS Office to an intermediate level
  • Experience or willingness to learn Meta Ads Manager, Hubspot and SEO principles
  • Strong social media management and content creation skills
  • Ability to use design software (Canva, InDesign) for marketing materials
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in marketing, Business, Digital Media, Economics or a related field
  • Branding and communication strategy experience
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Experience working with customer feedback and market research
