We’re looking for a driven, experienced Senior Programmatic Lead to join our high-growth business. You will play a pivotal role in driving global expansion for lift® by developing and leading the operations and delivery team to meet the needs of our clients - iGaming operators and agency partners. You’ll be the face of our platform internally and with clients alike, positioning Lift DSP as the go-to solution for data-led audience management and media performance.
What will you be doing?
- Own end-to-end programmatic strategy, including inventory sourcing, bidding strategies, audience activation, and optimisation frameworks.
- Drive performance across display, video, native, CTV, and emerging channels.
- Establish KPI frameworks covering CPA, ROAS, FTD, LTV, and media efficiency.
- Ensure consistent delivery against commercial and client performance targets.
What will you bring to the party?
- 7+ years’ experience in programmatic media, including DSP trading and audience activation.
- Proven team leader with 3+ years of experience.
- Significant experience owning or heavily influencing a proprietary DSP and/or DMP.
- Deep understanding of RTB, SSPs, supply-path optimisation, and auction mechanics.
- Strong data and analytics capability with a performance-led mindset.
- Demonstrable experience in a client-facing role.
