The Role

We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns across Programmatic & Social platforms. This role requires deep expertise in DSPs and Paid Social Platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategy. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineering and sales to ensure campaigns meet performance goals while maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across social, display, video, CTV, mobile and native formats
  • Operate and optimize campaigns within our proprietary platform and Paid Social Media
  • Develop audience targeting strategies using data sets available
  • Monitor performance metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, viewability, and conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting segments, and bidding strategies
  • Implement and troubleshoot tracking solutions (pixels, floodlights, tag managers)
  • Ensure brand safety and fraud prevention measures are in place
  • Prepare performance reports and present insights to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, privacy regulations, and programmatic best practices
  • Liaise with clients to ensure their objectives and expectations are being met

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing programmatic advertising campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with major DSPs and social ad platforms
  • Strong understanding of ad exchanges, SSPs, DMPs, and RTB ecosystems
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Excel
  • Experience with conversion tracking and attribution models
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
