Moose Toys is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team in Cornwall temporarily for three months.

Responsibilities:
The Role:
Workdays: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 + Hybrid + Flexi
To provide a high level of customer experience by managing sales orders from receipt through to on-time, in-full delivery. You will be required to take charge of your own accounts, handle the order process from entry to invoicing, and offer support throughout. You will identify issues early and resolve them quickly. This includes efficient receipt, processing, management, and despatch of all orders.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes
- Effective time management and organisation skills
- Strong customer service and account management skills
- Confidence working independently and making decisions
- A team player who’s organised, responsive and solutions-focused
- Previous experience in a similar role would be essential
- European languages - considered an asset
Benefits:
Our hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (1/2 hour paid lunch break). Hybrid - We offer work from home 2 days a week (Wednesdays and Fridays) depending on business needs. We run a non-contractual flexi hours scheme whereby our core working hours are 10:00 - 15:00 (Monday to Friday). The additional hours are made up flexibly across the week.
