The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and timely transportation of goods from suppliers across Asia to our 3PL partners in the UK and EU. This role focuses on optimising end-to-end supply chain performance by managing container loading, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and onward delivery. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with the Moose MFE team, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers to maintain service quality, minimise delays, and control costs, while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to agreed service levels. A key objective is to proactively manage supply chain challenges, propose contingency plans, and drive continuous improvement to support business growth.
Experience & Qualifications
- Extremely computer literate and experienced with MS Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Experience successfully maintaining and learning new systems (JDE system experience would be highly advantageous)
- Able to work in a systematic, methodical, and orderly manner
- Willingness to resolve anomalies through investigation and problem solving
- Passionate, creative, organised, team player

This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly, innovative, and collaborative team. Full training and induction will ensure you have the very best ‘Flying Start’ to Moose Toys. Our contracts are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (1/2 hour paid lunch break). Hybrid - We offer work from home 2 days a week (Wednesdays and Fridays) depending on business needs. Non-contractual flexi hours scheme with core hours 10:00 – 15:00 (Monday to Friday); additional hours flexibly across the week. Company Pension Contribution - 4% after 3 months service. Life Assurance and Income Protection Policy. Enhanced Holiday, 25 days plus.
