Moose Toys is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Team in Cornwall.

The Role
To provide a high level of customer experience by managing sales orders from receipt through to on-time, in‑full delivery. You will be required to take charge of your own accounts, handle the order process from entry to invoicing, and offer support throughout. You will identify issues early and resolve them quickly. This includes efficient receipt, processing, management, and despatch of all orders. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, grow and build their capability in operations, whatever their starting point. Experience and Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Strong organisation and time‑management skills
- Clear and confident communication
- Ability to work collaboratively & independently
- Experience in a similar role is helpful, but we actively welcome applicants at the start of their career
- A degree in International Business (or a related field)
- European languages are an advantage
