Support Worker

Location: Scarborough

Waking night shifts paid at £12.50 per hour

Sleep-in shifts paid at £12.21 per hour, plus an additional £0.50 per hour for waking night shifts

Contract: Up to 36 hours

Responsibilities

1. Follow care & support plans, contributing to updates as needed
2. Follow risk assessments, contributing to updates as needed
3. Provide daily support to clients, helping them achieve personal goals such as preparing meals independently or going on holidays
4. Administer medication and complete administrative medication records
