We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care within our practice. This position requires a strong understanding of nursing principles and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of our patients.

Main duties of the job:

  • Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up care.
  • Assist in the management of chronic illnesses and promote preventative health measures.
  • Conduct health screenings and record patient histories accurately.
  • Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed by physicians.

Person Specification:
