The predicted salary is between 12000 - 16000 £ per year.

This temporary position is to commence immediately. The position is on a fixed term basis, for one year subject to the operational needs of the school.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work both individually and as part of a team including Teachers and other support staff and/or one to one with a child to support the learning and welfare of all children at Moorlands. The role will involve leading and organising sporting events both internally and externally, training children for sports events, supporting with behaviour, as well as working in the classroom where needed. The successful applicant will provide practical support for learning, educational activities, developing social skills and for securing children’s physical and emotional wellbeing. Energy, patience, enthusiasm and a positive approach to learning are also vital to this role.

Contract and Working Pattern

This will be a 25 hour contract, with a flexible working pattern to allow for attendance at sporting events which run outside usual school hours. We are looking for a highly organised individual who will make a significant contribution to sports events at Moorlands.
