We’re working with a well-established food manufacturing site looking to strengthen their quality team with a hands-on Quality Assurance Technician. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where quality, consistency, and attention to detail directly impact production performance and customer standards.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carrying out routine quality checks across production lines
  • Monitoring and verifying CCPs and HACCP controls
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, GMP, and site standards
  • Recording and escalating non-conformances
  • Supporting internal audits and maintaining audit-ready documentation
  • Working closely with production to maintain quality standards under pressure

What we’re looking for:

  • HACCP Level 3 (essential)
  • Food Safety Level 3 (essential)
  • Experience within a food manufacturing environment (ambient preferred)
  • Strong understanding of GMP and food safety compliance
  • A proactive, “go-getter” attitude – someone who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working a Panama shift pattern
