A fast-paced food manufacturing business is looking for a Stock Controller to support warehouse and packaging operations across site. This is a hands-on role suited to someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working across production, warehouse, and dispatch environments.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in ensuring packaging and consumables are accurately managed and available to support production operations. Duties will include:

  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Monitoring packaging stock levels and supporting ordering processes
  • Supplying packaging materials to production lines
  • Managing stock movements and system updates
  • Completing weekly and monthly stock takes
  • Creating and receipting purchase orders using ERP systems
  • Supporting dispatch and warehouse operations when required
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Assisting with waste management and site housekeeping activities

About You

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have experience within warehouse, stock control, or manufacturing environments. You should have:

  • FLT / PPT licences (Essential)
  • Stock and inventory management experience (Essential)
  • Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Desirable)
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good numeracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to support wider operations
