The role: We're working with an incredibly exciting food manufacturer in Shropshire looking to add to their Engineering team. They've just signed off on a large scale automation project and you'll play a key role in bringing it to life. You'll be part of a hands-on engineering team and will get involved in all aspects of the engineering function. This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to expose themselves to site-wide engineering processes as well as be a key part in a large CapEx project.
You’ll need:
- Recognised Electrical Engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, HND, or equivalent).
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) certification required.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment preferred.
- Experience with PLCs (e.g., Packaging Automation) and motor control systems is advantageous.
