The Role
You’ll take the lead on technical services, ensuring everything runs to the highest standards. Day to day, you will:
- Manage technical systems, policies and documentation to meet BRC, HACCP and retailer standards
- Lead customer and third‑party audits, maintaining audit readiness at all times
- Oversee supplier approval, raw material specifications and traceability
- Support NPD launches and ensure new products meet compliance requirements
- Handle technical queries from key retail customers and build strong working relationships
- Drive continuous improvement in food safety and quality processes
