Supply Chain Administrator Huddersfield £28,000 + up to 15% bonus Some Hybrid working available Food & Drink Brand We’re recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join a growing food and drink business with a well-established consumer brand. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, planning or order management who wants to develop their career within a fast-paced FMCG environment. The Role Working closely with the wider supply chain, commercial and operations teams, you’ll help ensure products, orders and stock move smoothly through the business. Key responsibilities will include: * Supporting day-to-day supply chain and order management activities * Processing and monitoring customer and supplier orders * Updating stock, delivery and inventory information * Liaising with suppliers, warehouses, hauliers and internal teams * Monitoring deliveries and resolving any delays or discrepancies * Maintaining accurate supply chain data and documentation * Producing reports and updating internal systems * Supporting stock planning and availability * Helping identify and resolve supply chain issues * Providing general administrative support across the supply chain function About You We’re looking for someone who is organised, commercially aware and comfortable working in a busy environment. Ideally, you will have: * Previous experience within supply chain, logistics, purchasing, planning, order processing or a similar role * Experience within food, drink, FMCG or a fast-moving product environment would be advantageous * Strong Excel and general systems skills * Excellent attention to detail * Good communication and organisational skills * The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines * A proactive approach to solving problems Package * £28,000 basic salary * Bonus of up to 15% * Some hybrid working available * Huddersfield-based role * Opportunity to develop within an established food and drink business * Long-term progression within the supply chain function This would suit a Supply Chain Administrator, Supply Chain Coordinator, Logistics Administrator, Purchasing Administrator, Customer Supply Coordinator or Planning Administrator looking for their next move within the food and drink industry
