The role involves working with an exciting food manufacturer in Shropshire looking to add to their Engineering team. You will play a key role in bringing a large scale automation project to life as part of a hands-on engineering team, getting involved in all aspects of the engineering function. This role offers the opportunity to expose yourself to site-wide engineering processes and be a key part of a large CapEx project.
Requirements:
- Recognised Electrical Engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, HND, or equivalent).
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) certification required.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment preferred.
- Experience with PLCs (e.g., Packaging Automation) and motor control systems is advantageous.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Working days: Mon - Fri Days
