Field Service Engineer Industrial Bespoke Machinery Manufacturing Location: South Coast / Portsmouth area (field-based, with travel and some overnight stays) OTE: £55,000 (with overtime) Company Van & Company wide Bonus + excellent benefits! Tired of working on the same machines every day? This is your chance to take your skills on the road and step into a varied, field-based role where no two days are the same. Whether you’re a Maintenance Engineer or Mechanical Fitter, we’ll give you the training and support to build a long-term career as a Field Service Engineer on our bespoke products. What You’ll Be Doing: * Service, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment on customer sites. * Travel across the South Coast (occasional overnight stays). * Join the call-out rota (1 weekend in 8) with generous overtime rates. * Solve problems hands-on, directly with customers. * Keep service records up to date and look after your company van and tools. What We’re Looking For: * Background as a Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Fitter, or Field Service Engineer. * Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent). * Strong mechanical knowledge – electrical skills a bonus. * Professional, customer-focused, and flexible to travel. * Physically capable for a hands-on engineering role. * Full right to work in the UK.
