Senior Technical Support Engineer
Milton Keynes | £55,000-£60,000 + Bonus | Hybrid Working
We're recruiting for a Senior Technical Service Engineer to join a leading engineering business, providing high-level technical support across specialist industrial separation equipment.
This is a great step for an experienced Field Service Engineer who wants to remain technically hands-on while moving into a more senior support-focused position.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing advanced technical support to field engineers and customers
- Troubleshooting complex equipment and breakdown issues
- Supporting commissioning, installations and performance optimisation
- Working with OEM and engineering teams to develop technical solutions
- Delivering condition-based monitoring and preventative support
- Supporting and training engineers and customers
- Acting as a senior technical point of contact across the service function
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years’ relevant service engineering experience, ideally within industrial separation or process equipment, alongside strong fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently.
Package
- £55,000-£60,000 basic salary + bonus
- Hybrid working opportunities
