I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Compliance Auditor who can join a leading Food Manufacturer. The business is commutable from Grimsby, Scunthorpe & the surrounding areas.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive audits of various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Review and assess documentation, processes, and systems for adherence to quality assurance standards.
- Identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed audit reports summarising findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement compliance improvements and monitor progress.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards that impact compliance practices.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters and best practices.
- Conduct traceability audits and be confident to present.
- Complete GAP analysis on customers codes of practice.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in auditing or quality assurance roles is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings clearly.
