Responsibilities:- Managing a leadership team of Shift Managers and Team leaders across 2 shifts (Double Days pattern)
- Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and waste
- Maintain a safe production environment
- Manage resources including Rotas and employee holiday
- Maintain smooth operations, meeting and exceeding targets for efficiency, quality and wastage
- Identify and resolve operational challenges, including machine downtime and staffing requirements
- Previous experience within Packaging or FMCG is essential
- A people person with strong management skills
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
- Growth mindset - the successful individual will be someone who wants to be part of the company's continued success and ambitions
