About the Company

We are partnered with a leading name in commercial solar PV, known for delivering high-quality rooftop installations that help businesses cut costs and carbon emissions. As they expand their offering into Operations & Maintenance (O&M), we’re seeking a Customer Operations Lead to lead customer aftercare and develop this new business area.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of post-installation customer satisfaction, resolving technical issues efficiently and improving processes across installation, sales, and supply chains. This is a hands‑on, technical position with the opportunity to build a profitable O&M service from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage post-installation customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor and improve quality across installation and aftercare processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to prevent repeat issues.
  • Develop and launch the company’s O&M service, reaching cost‑neutral operation within 12 months and profitability within 24.

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in commercial solar PV.
  • Strong technical problem‑solving and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communicator with commercial awareness.
  • Experience in O&M or team leadership is an advantage.
